What is Bodypump?
Bodypump is a weight based fitness class, designed by the New Zealand fitness company Les Mills.
The class structure utilizes high reps and low weights to build strong lean muscle. Each track is choreographed to target a specific body part allowing the participant to put maximum effort into the targeted muscle group for the five-minute duration.
Bodypump is a great class to learn proper form and technique for the most common weightlifting exercises, and is suitable for those of any fitness level.
